Terms and Conditions
The following terms apply to Empiro AB’s sales in Sweden via the internet to adult consumers (hereinafter referred to as the consumer) and Swedish companies or Swedish public authorities (hereinafter referred to as the company).
To shop at empiro.se you must be at least 18 years old.

1. Purchase
When purchasing goods from empiro.se you must provide certain personal information so that we can deliver the goods to you. The checkout specifies which information is mandatory. When you have placed your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided. Empiro’s customer register is confidential. Empiro undertakes not to disclose information in the register to third parties other than partners within the corporate group or selected resellers to any greater extent than required by law. Empiro may contact you via your provided email address or phone number to send information regarding your order or any complaint. We may also contact you with offers, newsletters, or other marketing. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing, newsletters, offers, etc. at any time. Read more about how we process your personal data.
Empiro may cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered product. If such a situation arises, you will be notified. Any payment or reservation of funds will be refunded/cancelled.
2. Price and Shipping Costs
Prices are stated including VAT as standard. It is possible to view prices excluding VAT by adjusting the VAT selector at the top right of the store.
All prices are stated excluding shipping. Empiro offers free shipping on orders equal to or exceeding SEK 1,000 including VAT. Orders below SEK 1,000 will be charged a shipping fee of SEK 100 including VAT.
3. Payment
Private customers: Payment via Kustom checkout offering Klarna, card payment, Swish, or invoice.
Business customers: Payment is made via Kustom’s partner Billie by card or invoice. Read more about Billie in section 8 at the bottom of these terms.
Swish
Swish is charged immediately when you place your order.
Card Payment
Card payment is charged when we confirm your order and shipment has been initiated. Only Swedish payment cards are accepted.
Invoice
If you choose invoice, it will be sent by email from Kustom/Billie after shipment has been initiated, with the due date specified at checkout. No additional fees apply for invoice purchases. A credit check may be conducted by Kustom/Billie. In case of late payment, fees and interest will be charged in accordance with Kustom’s invoice terms. 4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship with Schenker parcel (business) or Schenker Service Point. Delivery time for in-stock items is approximately 2–3 business days. If a product has a different delivery time, this will be stated on the respective product page.
Unclaimed packages from Service Point
Uncollected goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, administration, and handling fees, currently SEK 150.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
For consumers, we comply with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act providing a 14-day right of withdrawal. We also grant companies a 14-day right of withdrawal under the same conditions.
Consumers and Business Customers
When purchasing goods from empiro.se, you as a consumer or business customer normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The 14 days begin the day after you receive the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us within the 14-day period. The easiest way is to email us at info@empiro.se.
If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the period is extended to the next working day.
Return the products as soon as possible
We expect you to return the products as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to withdraw.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-cut items. Therefore, it does not apply to our metal foil/sheet metal sold by the meter. To qualify for a return, you must keep the product in the same condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but you may carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.
Refund obligation
Refunds/credits are always made to the original payment method. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the product as soon as possible or no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product. In case of return, the shipping cost paid at purchase will be refunded.
Returns
Returns are made at your own expense unless the product is defective or we have packed incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery.
Exchanges
We do not offer a general right of exchange. If you wish to exchange a product, you must first withdraw your original purchase and then place a new order at empiro.se.
6. Complaints
Contact us as soon as possible in case of a complaint. We comply with the Swedish Sale of Goods Act for complaints from companies and the Swedish Consumer Sales Act for complaints from consumers. We cover return shipping for approved complaints. If the product is in stock, we will send a replacement as soon as we have received the returned item and approved the complaint.
If the product is no longer in stock, we will contact you for further handling of the matter.
7. Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to discretionary decisions.
We reserve the right for any image, price, or text errors, product changes, items out of stock, etc.
