Purchasing conditions

The following conditions apply for Empiro AB's sales in Sweden over the internet to Swedish businesses or administrative authorities and consumers above 18 years old.

To make orders in empiro.se you need to be above 18 years old.

1. Purchase

When you purchasse products from empiro.se you have to provide some personal information for us to be able to deliver the goods to you. When you have made an order we will send an order confirmation to the provided email adress.

You can choose to create a user profile that makes it possible for you to see your order history. Empiro can cancel an order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered product. If that situation would occur you will be contacted. Payment or reservations will be returned / cancelled.

2. Prices and freight cost 

Prices are including VAT as standard. You can see prices excluding VAT by changing in the VAT-selector in the top right corner in the store.

All prices are excluding freight costs. Empiro.se offers free freight on orders equal to or above 1000 SEK. Orders below 1000 SEK are charged with a freight cost of 60SEK including VAT.

3. Payment

Business customers:
Payment can be done with card, invoice or payment in advance

Payment with card is charged directly when you confirm the order. We use Payson as a payment supplier for card payments. Payson use 3D-secure technology. They accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Only work with Swedish cards. Read more about Payson here: https://www.payson.se/sv/privat/

Payment in advance
Pay directly to our account when you get the order confirmation. We will send your goods as soon as we have received the payment.

If you choose invoice it will be sent with email or letter depending on your choice during the checkout. Payment should be done within 30 days from the invoice date. If the payment is late we will charge interest on overdue payment according to the law (at the moment reference interest rate + 8%) as well as fees for debt collection.

4. Delivery

We send with DHL parcel (Business) and DHL Service Point. Delivery time is approximately 2-3 working days. If a product have other delivery times it is stated on respective product page.

Packages that are not collected from service point
Non collected parcels are returned to us. For all parcels that are not collected we may charge you costs for return freight and administration, currently 150 SEK.

5. Returns

For consumers we follow the Swedish law with 14 days of return right. We also give businesses 14 days of return according to the same terms and conditions.

Consumer and business
When buying products from empiro.se you as a consumer and business customer normally have 14 days of return right. The 14 days start to count the day you receive the product. To use the return right you have to give us notice in a clear way within the 14 days. Easiest is to email us on: info@empiro.se

If the last day of the return perios is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the return right is prolonged so that it includes the following weekday.

Return the products as soon as possible
We expect that you return the products as soon as possible. You have to send them back within 14 days after you have told us that you want to return them.

The right of return does not include products that have been customised. Thats why you can not return sheet metal by the meter. For the return right to be valid you need to keep the product in the same condition as when you got it. You can not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If it is damaged or lost because of carelessnes you loose the right of return.

Refunds is made to the original payment method. We will if you used your right of return, pay back the amount as soon as possible and latest 14 days from receiving the returned product. We also pay back the cost of the freight that you payed at the purchase time.

Sending your return
You pay for the return freight. If the return is due to a reclamation or wrong shipment from our side we will pay for the return freight. Returns should be sent as letter or package.

We don't have a general exchange right. If you want to exchange your product you will first have to return your purchase and then place a new order at empiro.se

6. Reclamation

Contact us as soon as possible for reclamation. We follow the Swedish law concerning reclamations for businesses and consumers. If the reclamation is approved we will pay the return freight. If the product is in stock we will send a new one as soon as we have received the product and approved the reclamation. If the product is not in stock we will contact you to handle each specific case.

7. Other

We reserve the discretionary & unfettered right to accept or reject orders received.

We reserve us for possible image, price and text errors as well as changes in products or final sales etc.
