Advantages and uses for the 1000 series annealed aluminium

Aluminium 1000 Series is the market's purest aluminium with a guaranteed 99-percent aluminium content. The fact that the aluminium is annealed means that it is heat-treated which makes it slightly softer and thus more suitable for further machine-processing, it also makes the aluminium slightly more corrosion resistant. Aluminium sheet metal can be used, for example, in the manufacturing of shims and spacers.

When ordering aluminium by the meter, you decide what length you want. We have aluminium sheets of thicknesses ranging from very thin aluminium of 0.025 mm up to 0.406 mm thick aluminium.
